Mark Sewell and Chris Ambler cycled from Brighton to Barcelona between August 22nd and September 11th 2011. Chris is continuing across Northern Spain and will meet up with Luis Aguiar on September 28th, and then Mark again in Galicia before entering Portugal.

Nailed - Look carefully at rear tyre
Happened on motorway dash. Bulging tyre had makeshift repair with duck tape. Highly stressful on a motorway hard shoulder.
