Nice coastal ride leaving at 1130 after quick spa, sauna and steam. What a treat! Some drama getting my bike boxed for tomorrow's flight, but all sorted now.
So my bit is done and Chris starts his next stage tomorrow back to the Mountains towards the Pamploma area, and then Santiago de Compostela, where we'll next ride together again on into Portugal with other riders. All welcome! Let's wish him all the best.
So that's 1100 miles (1800km) since Brighton, and 1500 miles (2400km) for Chris since Lands End. But the distance tells only a tiny part of the story of a trip like this. Come on, get on a bike, and ride! You won't regret it...
